Licensed Home Inspector
Candidate must have completed the necessary Home Inspector class time and successfully passed the AZ State exam in order to apply. Experience level is not critical as an excellent training program is included. This is a great opportunity, with a fast growing and busy business, for someone who enjoys helping people with one of their most important decisions, purchasing a home. Full time opening or part time position possible under certain conditions. FT must be willing to work up to 50 hour work weeks including Saturdays during peak times. Part time hours can be flexible and a great option if you have other responsibilities. Positive attitude, outgoing, friendly, and well-spoken individuals only. An exceptional level of detail is a critical component of this role as well as an eagerness to learn continuously on the job. Must be able to handle the necessary physical requirements that include (but are not inclusive of): maneuvering into an attic by way of crawl space, bending under sinks and in cabinets, accessing roofs up to 3 stories high, and moving and carrying a 75 lb. ladder.
